Who we are

Curaçao SQL Server User Group consists of DBAs, developers and other IT professionals that share an interest in exploring Microsoft SQL Server, .NET development and related data technologies.

Our objective is to provide information on data management from different roles such as Database Administrator, Developers, Architects, IT Managers and cunsultants. We focus basically on Microsoft SQL Server and .NET Data development. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

What we do.


The Curaçao SQL Server User group will conduct meetings once every month. During that meeting, there will be a presentation or a Seminar.

 Curaçao SQL Server User group is affiliated with the Professional Association for SQL Server.  This is a world-wide SQL Server Users Group.  PASS holds a conference each year. This year the conference will be held at Seattle. The conference is three days long. The conference starts on November 8th, 2010 and ends on November 11th, 2010. Officer Roles

The President of the group has overall responsibility for the activies of the group.  This person coordinates the activities of the Vice-Presidents in meeting planning.  The President is also responsible for planning 3-4 meetings per year.  The President represents the group at the PASS conference and recieves a free conference registration.

The 2 Vice-Presidents each plan 3-4 meetings per year.  They are responsible for finding speakers and choosing topics.  One VP may be designated the HUG liasion.
